Lack of training is one of the problems for farmers and climatic change is also affecting them. The problem arises among youth because of this. SFPC is going to start agricultural training courses, trainings for young people, including how to cultivate in modern agriculture, and its research centers may be added for their reference in nearby future. We are also walking on this path that the Mahatma Gandhi tell us. Farmer suicide is a problem that everyone hears about, the main problem is hidden bank interest from the loan and wild life attack which they are faced. The SFPC is actively looks upon to eliminate these charges and make them convenient. These are the problems where youth are reluctant to come into farming and migrate to other countries. It may create lack of manpower and wealth of nation, The SFPC can attract them by implementing this scheme as a solution.
